SHIPPING POLICY

We are proud to offer fast and reliable shipping for our vegan-friendly skincare products. Our shipping policy includes the use of eco-friendly and recyclable materials whenever possible to reduce our carbon footprint. Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the products and the destination. Our delivery times/schedules are dictated by our courier and sometimes delays can occur especially during busier times of the year. 

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, this may be longer for any product purchases that are 'made' only on order. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.


If you think your order has been missed or you have not had a dispatch notice after 2 weeks of placing your order, please get in contact with us. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any of our products unless they are faulty.  If you receive a faulty product please contact us immediately and we wild our best to address and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.  It is important to note that any faulty products returned must not be opened or used in any way, as this can make it difficult for us to determine the issue. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning them back to us. 
Please ensure you take all necessary steps and obtain proof of postage as we can't be held responsible for any missing packages returned to us.  

We will only issue refunds once we physically receive the retuned goods.

For both cancellations and returns, refunds will only be made against the credit/debit card used for purchase.
