Rest + Recover Magnesium Spray - Unscented
Shake well before use. Spray 2–3 times onto a small, localised area of skin and massage gently until absorbed. Use 1–3 times daily as needed. Ideal after exercise, during periods of tension or before bed to support relaxation and sleep. A mild tingling or warming sensation may occur, especially on first use. Not meant as a full body treatment and should be used on small localised areas.
