Rest + Recover Magnesium Spray - Lavender & Sweet Orange
Shake well before every use to ensure the essential oils are fully dispersed. Spray 2–3 times onto a small, localised area of skin and massage gently until absorbed. Use 1–3 times daily as needed. Ideal after exercise, during periods of tension or before bed to support relaxation and sleep. A mild tingling or warming sensation may occur, especially on first use.

For external use only. Do not consume. Suitable for adults only (not recommended for children under 12). Contains essential oils and is not suitable for very sensitive skin. Avoid contact with eyes, face and mucous membranes. Do not apply to broken, irritated or freshly shaved skin.

Crystallisation may occur naturally due to the magnesium content — this does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. Shake well or warm the bottle gently in your hands if needed before use.
