The Botanical Facial Oil Experience

Step away from the everyday and into a space designed to feel warm, considered, and beautifully intentional.
From the first moment, you’ll be welcomed to a softly styled table, candles gently glowing, glass bottles of botanical oils catching the light, natural textures and thoughtful details surrounding you. The experience begins with a small, seasonal immune-supporting elixir, a gentle sip designed for the colder months to help you arrive, settle, and leave the outside world behind.
(Seasonal wellness drinks will change throughout the year reflecting what the body needs most.)
You’ll receive a beautifully designed workshop booklet to follow along as we move through each part of the session — a quiet companion to guide you now and a resource to take home for later.
The Experience
Over approximately 2.5–3 hours, you’ll be guided through:

An brief introduction to our carrier oils & essential oils

Exploration of skin types and how different oils support them

Individual oils and essential oil blends available that day, including their benefits

Creation of your own bespoke facial oil, which you’ll label and take home

A hot towel ritual to relax the skin and signal a shift from making to receiving

A guided application ritual, incorporating box breathing and self-guided facial massage
-
An introduction to the main facial muscles and mindful techniques to promote circulation, relaxation, and calm
-
Your finished facial oil and a small Willow & Birch gift bag to continue the experience at hom

Location & Group Size
The experience can take place in the comfort of your own home or at your hired venue.

Travel outside this area is by prior arrangement and may incur a mileage fee — please check before booking.

Optional Upgrade: Enhance the self-guided facial massage with a Gua Sha technique. A Gua Sha stone is provided for use during the workshop +£5 per person.

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

The remaining balance is due at least 72 hours before the workshop.

By prior arrangement only, the balance may be paid on the day or evening of the event.
