Join us at The Emporium in Prudhoe for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you’ll blend your own plant-based facial oil. Working with premium botanical ingredients, you’ll be guided through the basics of plant oils and essential oils, learning how to combine them to create a beautiful, personalised oil for your skin.
Cancellation Policy
Face Oil Workshop – Booking Terms & Conditions Booking & Payment All workshops must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Non-Attendance Due to venue hire and preparation costs, all bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, payment cannot be refunded. This also applies to non-attendance on the day. Transfers If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person. Please notify Willow & Birch in advance with the new attendee’s details. Workshop Changes In the unlikely event that the workshop needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by Willow & Birch, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date. Health & Safety Please inform us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities. While all ingredients are natural, participation is at your own discretion. Willow & Birch cannot accept responsibility for any adverse reactions. Formulation Use All formulations and materials provided during the workshop/experience remain the intellectual property of Willow & Birch. Recipes are licensed for use within the workshop/experience only and must not be recreated, sold, or distributed. Willow & Birch do not accept any liability or responsibility for any reactions or issues from formulations that are used, recreated outside the workshop and without our permission.
